Hello there,
Sorta, kinda back here. I don't draw much anymore, however, when I occasionally doodle something, I'll be sure to throw it up. I do still take photos so I'll keep some of those up.

Where to begin....
First off, I'm finally a permanent resident of Canada. My information was processed through around the beginning of May. I had to go to New York City for an interview at he embassy there. The boyfriend and I flew there, better than a 9 hour car ride, and stayed at a 4 star hotel that his mother had reserved for us as an early b-day present. (basically the entire trip was on here, thank you Austin's mom ^_^) We were in Mid-Town Manhattan, in the center of everything. While there, we did the whole Empire State building view thing (basically stood in a line wondering where it went). We visited the American Museum of Natural History, Central Park, Time Square several times, etc etc. Pictures to follow soon, since Time Square was pretty freaking sweet. All in all the trip was a lot of fun and we flew back with good news. I officially landed when we got back to Pearson Airport. Now, I'm in the process of selling my car, since we're in Oakville, right outside of Toronto, and have no need for the car anymore with the public transit being so nice here. We figure a year without a car allows us to save up for a big down payment on a newer one if/when we decide we need one again.

I've decided on a Major for college next year. Biology. It's been a passion of mine for years. I've always loved Science. I'll be taking High School Math courses over again via a nice government supported program online to get my math skills back up to par...since I'll apparently need to be doing Calculus...and I never got as far as Calc in High School. Chemistry and Biology were taken, but I'll want to brush up on my Chemistry too, just for good measure. (I've been out of regular classes for like 5+ years now, I need refreshers.) If all goes well, I hope to be in college by next year. Depends on the courses and how fast I re-learn Math. Austin's mom made the crack about so many artists in her family, I agree, but it's not like it's a bad thing, her younger son is doing pretty damn good for being 25 years old. He's versatile, they love that.

So, next on my list of things to do, besides those school courses, is a job. I've put it off until I sold my car, the last thing I need to deal with as far as moving here. No biggie, I'll just grab whatever I can and get to work on making my college application look good. (volunteer work is in the future, it helps fill the gaps and well...I like to help.)

On a final note, I look forward to this game [link] so very much. Finally, a new MMO I can jump on as soon as it's out. (not 4 years behind like in FFXI ) SE never fails at "Epic".
